They don't disclose fees.

Screwed up our taxes. They had to amend them and now we will be waiting months for our return. Their fees are high and they don't seem to be interested in customer service. In fact, the issue they made a mistake on we discussed prior to them filing. The mistake could have been avoided. We are looking for a new accountant.
