This location in the worse! Ordered two happy meals, no toys... next week ordered a nugget meal no sauce and the list goes on. Hash browns always greasy as heck! just always messing up something. its sad it's in the middle of town great location terrible service. Wish I could give -6 stars
I don't often complain but i have consistently recieved bad service from this location. Today i ordered a plain mcchicken sandwich and medium fry. Fries were cold and the sandwich had a plain reciept labeling it but it had lettuce and mayonnaise on it. Last week i ordered a filet a fish meal and got 2 filet a fish sandwiches no fries. This is just the 2 most current examples of probably 20 times in The last year that i have had issues with this location.
Just got home and realized I made the classic mistake...trusting they got the order right. Did they double check against the, correct info on the receipt...obviously not.
I don't typically use this McDonald's because I live near another one. However that one is closed for remodeling. I've come here the last two Sundays to get my dad pancakes. Last week I got his pancakes to him and they were hard as a rock and I had to return for new ones. This time I ordered him a double quarter pounder and there was hair in it. In both cases, the management too care of the issue and replaced it without incident. All I can say is, before you leave, check your food thoroughly. Gas is expensive.
Just left after waiting 15 minutes for TWO MCCHICKENS. They gave our order to someone else, then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our food, they gave us fries for their screw up. We got to the car to find out that they messed up the order AGAIN. They gave us someone else’s order even though we gave them our receipt with the order on it. They messed up multiple times. Never again will we be visiting that McDonald’s again
