The manager Sarah provides great service. She bent over backwards to get a vehicle for our large family and even got a second vehicle serviced so we could have enough room and have a choice in vehicles. She is very professional and her staff does great work. A few days later we broke down in our van after it was repaired and she located another enterprise and called ahead to their manager so they would have a vehicle ready for us. Thanks again for your amazing service!

Great place to rent a car. Very helpful staff. I got an economy car for 35 dollars a day and unlimited mileage. Car was very clean! Definitely will rent from them again if the need arises!
I love renting from here. We rent 12 and 15 passenger vans 3 or 4 times a year, and it is always an excellent experience. Sarah is amazing to work with, as well as all the folks working there. Thank you for your great service and work. See you all soon.
Just rented a car they said they had waiting for us. Our schedule was very tight and we told them that. They assured us they had the car waiting for us. When we got there it wasn't there. No cars were there. They blamed it on corporate. Yet when we called corporate to complain it routed to the same local, rude, lying voice of the woman at the counter.
They didn't bother to explain their complicated payment policy regarding the use of debit cards. Also, they didn't bother to explain their policy on out of state license. Plus, the plaza is far from esthetically pleasing. They don't let you get your car early either. 200 dollar drop fee if you go one way. Make sure you ask and understand the second authorized driver policy. You must have a credit card.
