This business doesn't deserve one star. Hand car wash did not work. Called customer service number and naturally call could not be completed. Call local number listed on website. No answer there either. I woBuld suggest anyone else with same problem to contact BBB to get a refund.
I love the pet wash, but the car wash ruined my car. My brand new car has scratches all over it now. I just bought the car two months ago. Have only hand washed it before even thinking about taking it to a car wash for the first time. I decided to take it here because I love the pet wash so much. BIG mistake. The exterior of my car is ruined and I couldn't be more pissed. I would NOT recommend using this car wash.
