Extreme levels of air/chemical pollution in this store, and has been for many years. If you have ever become ill from shopping at clothing and department stores this one will definitely set you off! Expect a major headache at the very least. The store is unkempt, dirty, and badly in need of updates. The staff are hard to find and not very nice. Checkout stations are generally unattended (look in intimates). If you get duped into giving out any personal information in exchange for coupons, beware that they are mostly worthless. I was there once when a customer slipped and fell on icy pavement under their awning. The person was unable to get up off the ground and staff openly discussed options and stated that it wasn't technically their property and that's why it hadn't been salted. (Every customer within earshot said they also had narrowly missed falling on this icy patch.) It took another customer to suggest they find something to cover this person up with in the freezing weather while waiting on an ambulance. Very uncaring and unprofessional behavior all around.
Yana, from the Lancôme cosmetics department, is a very rude woman. I have been her customer for years; I have been buying my Lancôme there for twenty years. The product that I regularly purchase is $198.00. Just the other day we had an argument, and she told me it's better for her if I no longer buy Lancôme products from her. Amazing! I was being loyal to her by not going elsewhere, and this is her thanks. She verbally demeaned me, and I will never buy Lancôme from this Carson's store again.
