Horrible billing system! I have a supposed family account in which I pay$ 20.00 every month whether I owe anything or not. I get sent multiple bills, I am sent to collections, billing doesn't understand why I have these bills and cant tell me exactly what I owe and sometimes I am sent reimbursement checks! It is a nightmare! Now I could understand this if I never paid my bill!
Billing has ZERO to do with the quality of care, which is very good.
