Excellent! I called and submitted a claim, within hours an adjuster called me. The only thing I had to do was send pictures of the damage, Am Fam handled the rest. I had a check for the repairs before I even got my vehicle into to the shop. I was even able to choose the body shop for the repairs--Rocky's rock!
