I already filed and the case is closed. But I have a creditor coming after me and my lawyer, Regina Wilkinson, is not willing to help me.... it's for National Collegic Trust, they did not object to the bankruptcy and are not federally funded. But they still continue to file in court trying to garnish my wages. I have copies of every thing. I have to hire another Lawyer. She's always gone and told to wait for Hiliary to get in office when I asked for her help last year and this will all be taken care of. It's so much more that I can say but I've said enough. Don't hire her.
