The woman at the counter did something when swiping my debit card and claimed the transaction didn't process. She swiped my card again, and I signed the receipt. This was 11/27/2017.

Upon reviewing my bank statement, posted to my Chase account on 11/27 was the transaction for 20.23, and a separate charge for 17.09 that I did not authorize.
