Seriously god forbid you have to do a little work for that paycheck. Was one of the job requirements “ must hate people”? I just needed a new card, no big thing. I’d hate to see the hoops for those who need benefits.
Most of the employees in this office are so unbelievably rude. I don't understand why they keep some of them employed. Called in to get an appointment. The woman tells me I can not come in for a month? Seriously? I can walk in there and be seen, but have to wait 26 days for an appointment? How insane is that? I wish someone would do something about this place, the rude staff, and unreal wait times. Zero stars from me.

Waiting time is too long. I have been there multiple times updating my information for me and my children, but they still send my mail to wrong and refuses to update my information in there system. Michigan City branch staff is very rude and they have no respect for people who they are helping. There is no privacy in the office everyone can hear all your information and if they know you have had a bad past or a record they are really disrespectful towards the individual. I would give them 5 stars if they would change there staff and train them how they should as being a government office.
