It says they close at 12:30, I called at 12:28 and they answered and said "sorry we are closed" and I said "oh, but it says you close at 12:30" and they said "it's past 12:30 right now, sir." So they lied to me when I was hungry and just wanted a damn pizza. And they were giving me attitude. Never giving papa johns my money, ever.
The driver was 3 hours late and Brand New and I was told the pizzas would be free and They should have re made the pizzas and sent out a new driver. They couldn't get a hold of there driver They told us they would give us a 10.00 Gift Card. They never sent it out and I called another time to order and Asked about it they didn't have any thing on record. We Order from there about 8 times a month and this is how we get treated in return. They lost us as customers and Our family will be enjoying Pizza Else Where. The Girl Mgrs. had No Respect when I talked to them tonight never said sorry and the night they were hours late I never got a SORRY! Good luck with "Workers" like that They should be RETRAINED! I will pass this story along to my family neighbors and friends.
