I was a mechanic for them. But was wrongly terminated. Drivers, mechanics and dispatchers are all underpaid for the jobs they perform. And if you voice your opinion you'll get mistreated. Consider yourself warned.
Williams systems used to be a good company to work for but ever since they moved into their new building they have just turned into a bunch of arrogant people they don't listen to the drivers there is no future of raises I would never go back William systems as long as I ever lived the people there used to be very very very nice now they just don't even care about their employees they say it's a family-oriented facility but it's not anymore at one time maybe but if you want to go make 31 to $0.35 a mile as the season driver go right on ahead I would never do it again
