If i could give them a zero star i would but instead i will brag about how great Bills Plumbing is. BIG SHOUT OUT TO BILLS PLUMBING! A+++. They came within a 1 hour window of needing them very professional and kind when the other company Kahns we were originally going to have come out failed to even call us to let us know they were running behind as well as being very unprofessional. when i first called for estimate the guy yawned at me like he had no care. Second time i called to schedule he said he couldnt do it until afternoon didnt give me an estimated time just hung up and when i decided to cancel since they were late he told me whatever and hung up on me. Thank you Bills Plumbing for being true professionals!

I have used Kahn's Service for many years but after my experience today, I will be using another business in the future. I called Kahn's for a routine yearly clean-out as a preventative measure. No care was given at all for the landscaping when the owner and his helper were digging to find the clean-out. Rocks were thrown all over and they placed their machine right on the landscaping border and bent it. The owner then said the clean out pipe should be higher so it would be level with the ground and not be so deep. But Kahn's is the one that installed the clean-out that way! When the ordeal was over, the owner was apparently making an attempt at cleaning up the mess and started kicking the stones back, but he was kicking the rubber mulch with the stones and making a bigger mess! The best part is that after the job was done, the owner let me know they also do plumbing and water heaters. There is no way I would have them work on anything like that because I would not want to clean up their path of destruction.
Dedicated professional family run business. Completed a very difficult clean out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly focused, and would not quit till complete.

I knew the stones would have to be moved and there would be some need to put things back, but to come in like a tornado and just trample on everything is unacceptable. My neighbors also saw the aftermath and are not planning on using Kahn's Service as well.
