This is the city's most unprofessional and despicable excuse for a real estate agency. They are entirely sly and sketchy all around. How they stay in business is a miracle in itself! Craig who may actually be a nice person if not for his awful, unprofessional wife, but allows her to run the show. This woman attacked me in the office with my young baby in my arms, thankfully her husband was able to stave her off by holding her back and fortunately for her I had my child and was more concerned about protecting him. This is what you can expect when/or if you ever approach her in a business like manner when confronting her in a calm manner on sketchy behavior!
I am a local home inspector, with 15 years in the business, and have had to call Lynea at Hinchman Real Estate maybe 5 times in the last 5 years to schedule home inspections. Each and every time I have called she has been resistant, rude, and disrespectful towards me. Yesterday she was extremely rude again when I called to schedule an inspection. I also don't understand how they stay in business treating people this way. I have heard the same thing from other realtors in the area. I would NEVER list my house with this company. My client is going to be disappointed when I tell him I cant inspect his house Monday because we refuse to do business with Hinchman Real Estate ever again.
