5 minutes of attention would have netted the $100 sale. I guess cleaning the counter was so much more important.
Poor customer service. The sales lady around 4:15pm today 11/24/17 was very rude. Asked us where we put the boots that we were trying. We were trying several boots like most customers would do. I helped her look for it because she was persistent of questioning us where.it was (which supposed to be not my job as a customer). There were other customers in the store so it would really be hard to look for it. She was looking at us from head to toe while ringing our items. I finally told her that she should not worry because we didnt leave the store. She got mad and very defensive. She told me that i can leave the store if I want to. We stayed to finish the transaction because we didnt want to make a scene in the store. I guess she didnt care about the sales. She was more worried that we took the other half of the boot she was looking for or she was mad because she had to clean up. The way she looked.at us was very disturbing. We didnt have to be treated like.that as a paying customer to an.expesive shoe store. Plus, your store has an alarm that we wont be able to get out of the store if we carry unpaid items.
