Early spring 3 years ago I brought my 05 Triumph Rocket 3 in to have a new front tire, oil change and give it a look over for any maintenance issues it may need . They called to inform me that the water pump was leaking and that in 05 the Rocket had a week timing chain tensioner that they recommended be changed, I gave them the ok. When I picked it up and started it sounded like the rods were knocking. I shut it down and brought out the mechanic he assured me it was fine and the noise would go away. After about 100 miles it only got worse. So I brought it back after talking to the mechanic at the dealership where the bike was originally purchased and was told it sounded like the chain skipped timing and that it probably had bent the valves. Of course that is what had happened and they claimed I somehow did it. After realizing I had no way to prove them wrong and they had my motor out and completely tore down I payed to have them repair it. The old dealership informed me there was an update kit for my tranny that they recommended me have them install while it's disassembled because the 05 Rocket had a few week parts that could fail. When I told them to install this kit they told me they never heard about it and that the other dealership was just trying to sell me something I didn't need. So I pick my bike up and go for a ride with some friends and realized after it got dark out and I was an hour from home that I had no rear lights and my headlights were aiming into the sky. Then the next day I'm riding with my wife on back doing about 60mph when the tranny locked up and about killed us. I call them and of course they did nothing wrong but was willing to help me with the cost of the repairs. I had to take a high interest loan out to get it repaired. Now it's November and I pick up the bike and now it will not stay in 1st gear without popping out and the clutch is really stiff. They tell me this is normal and will go away after a couple hundred miles. Well it never did go away and when I went to ride it the following spring I pulled in the clutch lever and something popped inside the clutch and I had to have it towed home. This was an awesome bike until these hacks got a hold of it. It's now been sitting for 2 years and I just now payed off the repair loan. Now I understand why they lost their Triumph dealership..
Recently bought a used motorcycle, and they are AMAZING. They were so nice and understanding. They offered to deliver my bike to me, which I live about 45 min away for FREE. Considering they only have 6 workers, that's amazing! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a bike or even bike parts.
