Ordered HOT coffee, it was put into a HOT coffee cup, I left and didn't start drinking it until I was about 20 minutes away and it was COLD! it is not worth a 40 minute round trip to get it fixed. I didn't know it was so difficult to keep coffee hot. Unbelievable. Check your coffee people before you leave DD
Service and food was horrible. Called the Manager and made my complaint and she was very rude. I WON'T ever come back!!
Not very pleasant or clean. They prepared my order incorrectly, even though I stressed how I wanted it done, the condiments I received were so old I had a difficult time getting it out of the pack. I asked that they make sure a utensil was included...it wasn't. Had to go back and ask for one. Also, one of the female employees kept calling me 'Love' and 'Babe', which was not only unprofessional, but extremely irritating.
Laporte DD is way cleaner ,nicer workers and way fresher and more variety! Always low in doughnuts at the Mc dd
