Duncan Hines cake mix and frosting clearly visible on baking racks; ordered strawberry cupcakes for my birthday which were obviously DH strawberry supreme box mix...What a huge disappointment, would've made them myself and saved tons of money had I known!

Super friendly customer service. We stop in often for cupcakes. Many great varieties!! I love the carrot cake, banana and wedding cake cupcakes. We had a customized cake for our sons 1st birthday. They were so patient with me as I described what we wanted. Prices were competitive and the finished product was a big hit! We will use Uptown again for our future cake orders!!!

Carrot cake cupcake was delicious. Unusual touch with coconut. Chocolate cupcake with white icing has pretty dry.
