They had someone there installing cameras which I thought was completely unprofessional to do. But the person that was doing it had his tools everywhere and a ladder in the middle of the salon and wires hanging from the ceiling to the floor all over. He then took personal calls and had it on speaker phone.
I was on the hunt for a new salon and I found Diva Nail Spa. I felt so good!
My experience was okay. We were acknowledged when we walked in but they just told us to sit down. We went to pick out our nail colors and they asked us why we were leaving. (We weren't). When we finally got seated for our pedicures I thought it was time to relax. Well that's what we did... for another 25 minutes before someone came to work on our toes. The water was cold by that point and it wasn't relaxing anymore. When the guy finally started my pedicure he started with removing the polish that I had already had on. It was regular polish, not gel. He pushed so hard on my toes that I jerked my foot away and said ow more than once. After that it seemed to be going okay. But soon after I was relaxed again he got up to do other things. The guy left me about 6 times. While I had the hot towels on he left for 10+ minutes to do something else.

I am extremely picky and was willing to drive 30 mins to go to Diva Nails and Spa for a manis. Not to mention they put on a full set of nails with color in just about 35 minutes. The employee are consistently quick and detailed. & did my manis very be careful! All of tool are hygienic AND new. You won't be disappointed!
The place is clean and seems like it will be organized once they've been open longer, but I think they need to work on their people skills and not walking away from a customer so much.
I'm 100% satisfied. I'll be sure to come back for more pampering!
My experience at this nail spa was amazing. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and all the staff were friendly. My pedicure tech was Megan. She provided me with one of the best pedicures I have ever had. All tools used were new and the pedicure chairs are very modern. I also had an acrylic fill and brow waxing. My last brow wax was completed by another "spa" here in Michigan City and they a horrible job. The brow tech at Divas corrected my brows and I was elated to say the least. My fill tech was Romeo and my nails look great...shaped to perfection. The prices for services are worth every penny. Yeah you might can get the services cheaper elsewhere, but you also get what you pay for. I would much rather pay a few bucks more for quality, professional service in a sanitary environment than receive poor service and risk some type of infection. You guys have gained a new loyal customer. Keep up the good work
I called and was able to make an appointment in 15 minutes. Staff did a good job with my pedis. Staff mixed colors for me to get the shade I wanted. It is really clean and quiet.
