The operator for Michigan City, Indiana Lowes highly unprofessional, treated disrespectful, and called me a liar.
Should have paid the extra $500 for a lawn tractor at Home Depot.
Definitely going to stick to Home Depot and Menards on my next big purchases...

Nobody around to ask for help. Once you find someone, they have no idea about anything there and unable to answer any questions. Add rudeness and unwillingness to ask if a customer needs help as well. There's a reason the Menards next door does so much better. Actually helpful and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time.
No one asked my name or asked my information for delivery purposes. I had to call several times before one lady in the delivery department ask my information and helped out. Big thanks to her for doing a fine job.
Worse customer service experience ever.
I asked a person at the service desk if they cut wood, she said no. I walked to the wood area and asked the cashier, she said yes. I waited for help, but saw no one around. I asked and they paged somesome to help me, no one came. They paged again and still no one came to help me. I left with the wood for my project. I will not return, I will shop Menards for my future projects. Sunday 6:15pm. 12/10/17.
I say thumbs down to Christmas policy at Lowe's. If you purchase a Christmas item and don't return the item, no matter what, before the 26 of Dec. You get no money back, no return policy period. Never even took all items out of package but No return policy. How often do most customers read their receipts or all the signs around a store.
