Both times I've been here, prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy after confirming the correct pharmacy was on file. Instead of being apologetic and correcting the issue immediately, the finger pointing started and I got detailed instructions (three times I might add) on how I had to correct it at the pharmacy. This after I had to poke my head over the counter to let another employee know I was there so she would quit talking to the desk employee trying to help me. I get that my education of four, almost five, college degrees is not stamped on my forehead so apparently talking down to me made them perhaps feel important (bad move towards any patient in my opinion), but it is not up to me to fix a mistake made by this office every time it is made.
Avoid if you can.

Went to dentist for two small fillings. The assistant who did the fillings was singing along to music on her phone constantly saying "oops."
This place desperately needs new nurse practitioners, they currently have one ( Jennifer Evans ) and she is a belligerent bully who acts as though you are a waste of her time if you dare ask a question , I don't know if she is that way to all women or just to older women ,but she should be ashamed of herself someday she'll be older to.It is a shame that this one person is so uncaring when the rest of the staff really do their best to help people, I truly hope that the healthlinc gets some more nurse practitioners and lets her go.

I am now supposed to wait 3 months to get my teeth cleaned even though they said that it would be done at the same time as my fillings.
