DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD OR FAMILY MEMBER To Mr. Kelly Clark, NP. I am a veteran and the President of Ameriscribe Braille Services. On October 19, 2017, I had an appointment to see Mr. Clark to adjust my medication for PTSD. After the appointment Mr. Clark, in bad faith, had me arrested and confined for 4 days in the mental health ward of St. Joe Hospital in Ft. Wayne. Mr. Clark FALSIFIED an Emergency Detention Application, stating that I was a danger to some unknown person and that I refused to promise not to harm this unknown person. He then had a Doctor at Swanson Center named Dr. Babu (whom I have never met) write an emergency statement alleging that I was going to kill someone if not hospitalized immediately. The documents went to the courthouse where a judge signed them based only on Clark and Babu's word. If you care about your child or family members PLEASE DO NOT LET MR. KELLY CLARK anywhere near them. He is not to be trusted, conniving, and a liar!
