Great customer service. I am from Illinois but I happened to be in Michigan City IN and wanted to see if I can get my watch fixed but I ended up buying a new one at a deep discounted price. I am happy with this store but there is another store by me in Aurora IL which I did not even know existed until people at this store told me. I am a Movado fan and I only buy my watches from them.
