One of the worst burritos I've ever had, and I was an accomplice in making it. Beef was grisly and barely edible. Upcharged for guac, which was not even that good. The place was absolutly filthy (Michigan City, IN) and the plastic knives are kept behind the counter for some reason - bizarre. I won't be back, ever.
Staff loud and obnoxious. Dining room only clean while they are slow. Their employees are poorly trained.
We LOVE Chipotle. I’m all about the chips and guac, the all food is always great. Recently we had a baby and trips to chipotle have become few and far between because for some reason they don’t feel the need to provide changing tables in the rest rooms. Come on, Chipotle! I would have given 5 stars but this is definitely an inconvenience, especially when traveling.
Sometimes its better than other times. They sont listen to quantity amounts. Make sure you let them know exactly what you want carwfully or they just dump everything on it and its gross. Manager was very nice to me and very professional.
Really love the steak and guacamole here!! Having a burrito bowl is a full meal in itself plus a little extra! The kids always enjoy coming out to the local Chipotle restaurant and having a quick bite to eat out. I enjoy having something a little bit different tab the average fast food meal of burgers and fries. Definitely a place to come back to.
