Don't bother moving here. The Police are called almost every night. Gang of teenagers are braking into cars, looking into windows, they've jumped people and try breaking into the homes here. Looks like a great place to live but the looks are are deceiving. Ask the Laporte county Sheriff office the crime rate here. They won't lie to you as management does by saying it's a rumor.

Good luck! Applied over 5 months ago still to this day can't get an answer as to if my app that I paid $25 for was approved. I think they personally just wanted yo collect as many apps as possible for the trailer just to make money off everyone the decide who can live there or not based on their own Oppions. For exanple the manager/maitnence man stated no felony are aloud to live there. When for a fact someone I no has a DRUG felony and lived there with the trailer in his name. And yes the felony was from like 2008. Me on the other hand cant just pick up a phone and tell someone if their app was approved or not. Would not recommend this place. This was at green acres not terrace
