I love it. Very affordable. Kind of quiet. Nice lake for the residence which I use for my kayak and one man canoe. It's clean and safe.
Very nice neighborhood, 2 different childrens parks, a small lake, sidewalks all around the neighborhood, and everything is well-maintained. Great place for families too.
Definitely one of the nicest mobile home parks I have seen yet. I would recommend living here as it is cheap and, mostly, quiet. Some streets have their share of children that can be loud, but other than that there is a pretty nice community. I like to take walks around the pond in the back of the park.
The "rules" only apply to certain people and have never been fairly enforced. For example, one person may get told they can't have a kiddie pool in their yard/patio and a person two streets over will have the same dirty pool up for weeks. Or, you could have a neighbor with a refrigerator sitting in their yard indefinitely while others get in trouble for their bicycles being stored on their porch. You may get written up for too many leaves in your treeless yard while the person across the street with the oak tree that's dropping all the leaves gets away with raking once a month. These are all real scenarios that have happened out here over the years. There's also regularly recurring electrical outages and raw sewage back ups (out in the open of yards) in the older/original Terrace Acres section.
The community is clean and quiet. You can bring your kids to the park and they will enjoy themselves playing,
