I shop at Chico's stores all the time, both boutiques and outlets. In fact, Chico's and WHBM are my primarily shopping. This Chico's exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the customer service. All the associates were very nice and helpful. The lady assisting me, Cheryl, impressed me with the customer service she provided. She was both friendly and professional, and also knowledgeable. All the associates worked as a team, had positive attitude and really made me feel welcomed. This Chico's is an outlet, so prices are cheaper than at the regular store. They had a good sale going on. I bought a beautiful jacket for the summer for $30 after all the markdowns.
