After driving all the way from Knox they didn't have a part at LaPorte although it showed in stock online so they tell me go to Michigan City. This is now an hour away... Get there a minute late but even after calling ahead Theresa V. locks the door in our faces. Just needed one part for my moms car who's caring for my very ailing 93 yr old grandma... Literally going to need it for a funeral soon. But no Teresa V. locks the door in our faces. Hubby does A LOT of car work.. he won't be doing it with AutoZone. Back to Advance Auto and OReillys.
Good prices clean store not all of their employees are as inclined on automotive parts or work but overall out of all the major chains definitely good one to go to.
Some of the employees are not very smart when it comes to cars. How can you work at a car place and know so little about cars? You don't have to be certified unlike advance Auto.
