Had an appointment, but a worker went home sick. Nobody's fault. But they didn't have our number to tell us not to come. Great price for brakes though.
Got a flat on the interstate and came here for a repair/replacement tire. They were fast, friendly, and honest. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I have bought several sets of new Tires from them in the past. Today I had Flanigans install a replacement rim for me I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I was able to get the new rim much cheaper then the dealer offered it to me. Thank You Kyle for taking care of the customers in LaPorte County. Just my two cents your not going to find a big tire chain giving you this sort of service.
I was pleased with the work that was done here. I do want to mention though, I had a tire patched. Before hand I could drive my car without hands on the steering wheel. Now my car is pulling to the right ironically. I am accusing a repair with a job security touch and have called secret shoppers to the area. I was absolutely pleased with the level of respect to the customer but that was all that was good about my trip to this place. I was sitting for hours and all I needed was a patch. I also had the great benefits of my car in a garage with no visibility to what they were doing. Call it coincidence but I call it job security. I have yet to contact Better Business and other offiliates regarding this untill further investigation is done.

I have never had a bad experience here! I had to go twice in a week, once to have a new tire put on that I had at home. They put it on for a very reasonable price. The second was because it went flat 5 days later due to a patch that i was unaware was even on the tire coming loose. They fixed the patch for me very quickly at no charge. I will always use them for tires and sincerely thank them for their service!
