So, I never had my windows professionally cleaned before. And oh boy did they need it.
And I still need my Windows Cleaned!!!!

Well, now I'm filing a Better Business Bureau report on Home Matters Cleaning Service. More so because of the way we were treated other then they only cleaned the glass and left all the rest of the window filth behind.
So I hired HOME MATTERS CLEANING SERVICES to thoroughly go through and detail my windows.

I asked, do you clean the entire window? This was before they came out to write their estimate. I specifically opened windows to show them exactly what they needed to do when they came out. I even asked again after I received their quote. Your cleaning the tracks ceils and screens, Right? My other estimates were half the price but did not include the specific detailing. I was told yes, we thoroughly detail the whole window. I paid $330.00 for this service which is unheard of for residential window cleaning on a house our size.
We stopped payment on their $330.00 check. We requested for them to come back and make it right. They didn't, now I'm being accused of premeditating "Theft of Services" "Pulling a Scam" on them for free window cleaning.
Oh, and they ripped into us on our Christianity on top of everything else! All from the business owner herself. Wow, it was a bad weekend.
Beware, this company is not stable. This is now going before the judge. Unbelievable!!!
