Whit silk dress worn about 7 years ago and returned stained. I thought it was a lost cause. Concord did AMAZING. There was a little red "I'm sorry" tag on it because supposedly there was still a small stain on it. I didn't see a single spot on that entire dress and it was BAD when it was taken in. I'm beyond impressed by the job they did and the professionalism they showed. Hats off to concord. I will be back. Thank you!
My dry cleaning has been handled several times by Concord. Each time it was very unprofessional. In the latest experience, the woman behind the counter circled the pick-up date so quickly that it apparently became confusing for the cleaning staff. When I arrived to pick up my cleaning, it wasn't done. Since I am a professional and need my clothes promptly, this was highly unsatisfactory. I would not recommend Concord Custom Cleaners in Michigan City.
