Half of the machines were out of order. I'd give the facility only one star but the staff was helpful and cheery, therefore the extra star. But easily the worst functioning laundry I've ever been.
It seems like half their machines are in disrepair but this is where I always come to wash my blankets and quilts.
There's not enough working washer and dryers. Pretty much everything is broken down. Why do I still go there? The staff is super friendly and it's cheap there to do laundry.
Always do my laundry here because it's close to my place. They have a lot of washing machines but most of them out of order. The same thing with dryers. Would be great if they would fix that.
Counted the washers and dryers out of order. Only 54% of the washers work and 52% of their dryers work. Not too mention some of those machines are constantly in use by the staff for drop off laundry. Sure its cheap but I don't understand how it stays open. It is sad really. A month ago 2 more washers worked. Nothing ever gets fixed.
