The food was good and they take care of there customer's very good
Food cold, cheese wasn't melted on burger. Shakes are always thin no cherry on top. Used to be much better before, with original owners.
Michigan City Dairy Queen oh so excited when they remodel look fantastic but the place is very dirty when the staff is not busy they should be going out there cleaning table sweeping floors cleaning walls wiping walls maintain the bathrooms and make that place shiny instead they're all gossiping very very dirty
The blizzard I bought was top rated, for a Saturday night crowd they were under staff. When is the corporation world going to understand. You can run great stores like this with skeleton crew. It make it hard for the worker, that's why you end up with bad customer service. This staff was terrific under pressure. Thank God for them.
It was orderd 30 mins before I got it and my fries where cold and didn't give me the right size frie.. Overall terrible experience
