Slow service through drive through, the food was good aside from the chicken sandwich tasting like fish (perhaps fried in the same oil). Fries were tasty.
The service was terrible and unbalevably slow. There was no sign to indicate that one dive through lane was closed. I sat in the drive through for FAST FOOD for over 15 minutes before I ordered. The staff was taking one coustimers order at a time and giving them there food before taking another order.
This place is really inconsistent. The first time my wife and I went there the food was cold even though we had just left and they took almost 10 minutes to give us our food. And the second, and last, time we asked for bacon and got no bacon but were charged for it. The food was good the second time but what's the point when the staff can't get the order right.
If the food wasn't good and cheap I wouldn't go here. They claim they don't have ice cream or shakes but clearly do. Service is horrible. Rude and slow. Purposely gave me the wrong items in a crappy box because i asked for a shake. Some people are saying the staff is nice and quick. I want to know what Rallys they went to because it certainly wasn't this one.
Don't order ice cream, the machine is ALWAYS down. Also, my order has been wrong the last two times we went there. Love the food but the service is not so great.
