Customer service in the toilet here. And the night manager was all aboard too. All i got was we can't give refunds. Too bad your order was wrong. I guess it was my fault. Should have let them tell me how I wanted my burgers I guess. Was my last visit to this one.
Of the last four visits here, not once has my order been completed properly. The burgers are being preped way too far ahead, and not being pulled frequenty enough to control quality. The French Fries are constantly old and new batches mixed, or just cooked improperly altogether.
I love coming in here I use to work here, I don't have any complaints about the employees. Much love for the crew y'all my heros today. Thank you especially to Jasmine and Shay who were especially kind.
My car died in their parking lot. Food was good though.
Corporate - time for manager oversight, and retraining staff (or replace).
