Don McCarty was very patient, knowledgeable, great communicator, and you can tell he genuinely wanted to make the car buying experience seem so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Bosak Honda and having Don help you find your future vehicle. Also, Rachel in finance was great with any questions on financing and all the extras. Great crew, and an experience that will make you want to keep going back for future car purchases.
ASK FOR KEVIN!!! My wife and I went in looking for a used vehicle yesterday. The weather was bad, and it was a less than ideal time to look for cars, but the salesman Kevin made it a great experience. He seemed to genuinely care about what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into anything we weren't interested in or that exceeded our budget. He was very knowledgeable and personable, making the entire experience comfortable and smooth. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Bosak, as their sales manager, I believe his name was Ray, was not flexible and was at times condescending and didn't seem to care about our budget or our experience. Kevin more than made up for this though, and had it not been for a better offer from a different dealership, we would have been happy to purchase a car from Kevin. Car buying can be stressful and tiresome, but Kevin was a refreshing change from the usual experience. My wife and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, Kevin is the best option for your car buying experience.
Fantastic group. I came in because both headlights went out 30 minutes before closing. They took me right in, identified the problem and fixed the lights immediately. I was very impressed. I wasn’t shocked with the bill. Very reasonable. Great care.
My family and I had a great experience buying a car at Bosak Honda in Michigan City. We were there for about an hour and a half with my young daughter and she was entertained the whole time by their helpful toy room and a young woman named Abby who worked there. Our sales associate Dave came in on his day off when we were ready to finalize the purchase. Overall we had a very smooth car buying experience!
