My father bought a mid-size SUV from Ben Flohr and had a stellar experience. His English (my dad's) is not so great, but Ben was patient and took the time to understand what he wanted. When he decided on the car, Ben was very knowledgeable and taught him how to use all the bells and whistles. We even went back another day for more "lessons" and Ben was more than accommodating. Dan is a great Service Manager. He always shakes my hand when he sees me and will make sure I am completely satisfied with the work that is preformed. I recently had an issue with some work that didn't meet my expectations. He made sure the work redone to my liking. He does a great job of running his department.
