Without a doubt the best service anyone could ask for - My cars alternator died but we made it to Sears. Unfortunately store was closed but the manager/supervisor was walking past. I had my two toddlers with me and was basically stranded however Jerry took us in checked in our car and got us a cab. To open the shop and check us in meant everything to us, Sears has always been top notch in the service industry and today it was proven again. Our car was fixed within two days. Thank you Sears Auto!!!
Traveling on I 80 from Chicago to Cleveland our car died on a Sunday. The tow truck driver took us to Sears AutoZone. Becky reassured us that if they had the parts to get us on the road they would stay until we were up and running. She anticipated we would need an alternator and took the initiative to order one knowing the parts store closed at 4. When they delivered the wrong part she drove to pick up the right one. As promised, she and her crew stayed an extra hour and got us on the road saving us from having to spend an unexpected night in a hotel. Excellent service.
Bought 4 new tires, aligned the car, and changed brake pads. When I picked up the car almost got an accident because these idiots did not install the brake pads properly. They had also ruined my hand brakes. Found out they had forgotten to put the srews back. Also the alignment was not done properly, after three months the tires were done and they wont replace them under warranty. If you dont want to waste your money go somewhere else.

I got 4 new tires and alignment and break Eval and the service there was great from Mangement to the CSA Miguel that severed me and techs Joe and Cable and master Tech Jim who did break Eval and Alignment.

I have never had a company call and tell me they made a mistake and overcharged me, and wanted to make it right, Sears service center did though. They will be getting more of our business. They do price match. They also are open on Sunday's, which is perfect for us. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bathrooms are clean. There's a TV in the waiting area and vending machines or coffee if you're thirsty.
