Spoke to some lady on the phone who was rude, was going to spend $700-$900 on a new set of 4 tires but I'm taking my business elsewhere. IT PAYS TO BE NICE, BE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY MANNER WHILE AT WORK. I guess this department doesn't care about sales?
