Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. I called the dealer from Wisconsin to ask about an audi tt to come down and see it. The guy tells me its a great car and everything works perfectly doesnt need anything, i set up a loan and drive down there. I get there and they are trying to program a new non OEM key because the guys partner "lost" it when he was drunk. His key guy doesnt fix it and leaves then he tells me he is embarassed and will fix up the car and make it right so i can come back next weekend. I tried staying in touch with him and i just heard excuses on excuses about how he cant get this car to the dealership to get it fixed until whatever day. Every call with him was an excuse and i was rushed off the line with him. Finally I called them multiple times today no answer until he calls me back saying i cant just come buy the car as is with a bad key and bad brakes because he needs more money than the asking price by at least $200 while the car was listed online at $7000 and on various websites. Each of the only two guys (Clarence and Frank I believe) working here were liars and had no idea of any time slot this car would be available. Not a hard thing to manage whatsoever considering they have literally only 10 cars in the lot. Moral of the story is dont buy a car here ever because they are very untrustworthy even for car salesmen.
